Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 July 2026

1. Who we are

Invitella creates digital invitations for weddings and celebrations, delivered via a personal web link. Invitella is a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number 98220748. The data controller can be reached at [email protected].

2. What data we collect

3. Why we use your data

Solely to create and deliver your invitation, communicate about your order, comply with legal obligations (such as tax administration), and — only with your consent — display your invitation as an example.

4. Where your data is stored

Your invitation is hosted on secure servers and delivery emails are sent through a professional email service. Order communication takes place via WhatsApp (Meta). Payments are handled by our payment provider. These parties act as processors and have their own privacy safeguards; a list of the specific processors we use is available on request.

5. How long we keep your data

Your invitation and its data stay online until the link expires, 12 hours after the official start time of your event, and are removed afterwards. Order communication is kept as long as needed for administration (including tax obligations). You can request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Sharing

We never sell your data. We only share it with the processors named above, and only to deliver the service.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion or transfer of your data, and you may withdraw consent. Send your request to [email protected] — we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the latest version is always available on this page.
